its sketch time......

at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge.  i love a sketch dont you??  Its such a great place to start when you are having a bit of mojo trouble getting started.
We also have a great prize this week......a $15 gift certificate from MO MANNING'S DIGITAL PENCIL!!!  I know how cool hey!!  her designs are gorgeous!!!!

And here it is!!!  Now remember you can turn it, flip it do whatever you want as long as we can see the basic sketch your in!!

And this week we are also helping Operation Write home celebrate their birthday.

For all us non- americans heres a bit about them.

Operation Write Home is an organization that sends blank handmade greeting cards for all occasions to deployed service members to write home on. They’ve mailed approximately 500,000 cards so far—and are still going strong!
They do have a few strict guidelines to follow so you migt want to go check them out.

Our second challenge to you is to make cards to send to them for our nation’s heroes.
Anyone creating a card and sending it to one of the OWH addresses will be entered in a special drawing to win this fabulous prize, as well as being entered into our regular weekly drawing for this week's Mo Manning Gift Certificate: (please leave us a comment in the comment section of this post to let us know you sent out your card so you can be entered!)
You can see the extra prize over at Stamptacular!!

Anywho on with my card.

Image is 'Tea Party' by Mo Manning.
I coloured her with copics and sorry didnt write them down.
Thats what happens whenyou color in the wee hours of the morning..you forget these things lol.
Paper is from the gorgeous new Annalee 6x6 pad from Prima.
Larger rose is a Prima one and the smaller roses and ribbon are from Bizzy Bec's.
Flower die cut is a MArianne D one.

TFL and I hope you have fun with the sketch...and remember if you plan on making a card for operation write home please go check their guidelines first.  Size has to be A2 (i think) no glitter and a few other things.

Hello Leonie, Such a cutie, I love how she's dressed up for her cup of tea! Your coloring is really gorgeous, bringing her to life. Love how you made the shadow. Gorgeous papers, the touch of blue gives a very nice contrast. Adorable.
Hugs.
